Ed209, the west London breaks producer/DJ has come along way
since the days of dodgy pirate radio and Jungle. Spinning from
the tender age of 14 he now finds himself playing regularly
at heavyweight events such as Raindance, Best Of British, Breakbeat
Connection, Innovation, Essence of Chi, Trigger, and Back To
The Old School, not to mention all the parties abroad and the
pyrotechnicradio.com and Breaks fm shows that he manages to
maintain.
Ed209's DJ diary has become so busy because of productions like
"Fight Alone" being signed as the intro track for
the "Ils Y4k" mix CD to Infectious that was signed
to the Freestyler's Fabric live mix CD, Ed209 has also found
himself doing collaborations with the mighty Phil Hartnoll of
Orbital and also working with label partner Ollywood and D&B
don MC Fearless on the next Hardcore Beats mix CD.
All in all the future looks bright for 209
